Valentines Day Gift Guide

Valentines Day Gift Guide

January - May can be a very grey, dull time in New England. I don't think I've seen the sun shine in 12 days straight. Some swear by sun lamps, supplements and maybe some time in Florida as a cure for the winter blues. Personally, once Christmas is over I start looking forward to things like ski trips and cheesy little holidays as life lines to get to the brighter sunnier days ahead.

As an adult, I don't really celebrate these holidays, but I do see them as an opportunity to shift stagnant, dull energy into something a little more sparkly and dynamic. PLUS, something you should know about me is that I love any excuse to decorate and party! I use little events like New Years, Valentines Day, The Super Bowl, St. Patricks Day and Easter as little spring pads to get through the winter.

My kiddos have come to expect these mini celebrations, and this year I thought - why not add in a little grown up fun too?!

So please allow me to introduce the Parker River Proper Valentines Day gift guide! These are some broad suggestions. I will delve into some specific ideas as we begin our journey into the Tunnel of Love! and by that, I do of course mean February.

xoxo

Katie
